Hi All,
Feeling crap today too Angel.... Seems we both fell of the wagon last night! We can give each other a boost back on hey?:l I think the worst thing is waking up thinking "God I hate myself!" I caught myself doing that this morning and made my own little brain say to myself "No I don't! I love myself enough to keep trying!" I haven't got my cd's yet either so basically doing this on my own for now.... am considering trying the Topomax... anyone else used it and how did it go?
And I live in Victoria... what's left of it... we need all the rain we can get!!!!!
