      MORNING! - what a busy thread today. Have skimmed through, hello hello to all.

      I had two (planned) glasses of wine last night. 125ml measures. So not worth it. I feel like I had two bottles this morning. Has taken me by surprise. I may go AF.

      Girly day with my friends from Perth today. I'm not a good shopper, but I enjoy the coffee breaks!

                Hey Panadol! - Panicked is also Pan so might cause some confusion lol! I'm in Singapore and have my WA friends visiting this weekend. I love Freo, and had a lovely time last Feb going down the coast in a 'Wicked' Camper. Didn't get much further than Margaret River, but hoping to get further next time.

                  The craic is ninety with my mother - she is sooo high maintaince for a 75 year old! She was looking at me the other day and said "you are very lucky that you have managed to keep ALL your eyebrows". I said what do you mean ALL my eyebrows? She said well they are still grand and bushy arent they! Then she said you know you can dye them to match your hair! Ok Ma I said so my eybrows are bushy and they dont match my hair!
                  Then she said to my daughter well it is great that you have lost almost all that puppy fat you had! She also said to me well you are looking quite fit but if you did some stomach exercises you could get rid of the fat around your middle! She is so pass remarkable - just as well I am used to it!

                      As far as I know Kaponium was the first person in NZ (or at least in the south Island) to be prescribed the Naltexone for drinking - she had to wait ages for it though. You might want to check it out with her see what her experience was.

                          Maybe I'll have to be called Pana to save confusion:H
                          I live not that far from Margaret River we're headed
                          down that way tonight. Beautiful country but not so
                          good for me with all that lovely wine they produce
                          I'll have to pull my socks up not been so good lately.
