Yeah, it does feel like I might be attacking the wrong beast but I know I can get a script for that relatively easily. And hey, when I wasn't smoking (for all of about 4 months last year) I was happy with the amount I was drinking...I was drinking heaps less. And BH's old drinking patterns were a lot like mine...one night binge on the booze & smokes. I'd rather the naltrexone but I'm researching to see if I can get a script.

Angel. Are you aware that Champix has been linked to suicidal thoughts in some user's. It works great for many, but for other's, probably a minority, it can be dangerous. Zen...Your first shot at af?....cool!....yep. voice of experience here. The first week is very hard, well, for me, the first couple of days, but get's a lot easier, and physically, you should be feeling great tomorrow, now?...real soon. Plenty of water and hang in there. After the first week, then you've only got your mind to deal with!!!... ;-)
