    Yes, I have had some toast and soup last night. The good thing is I have lost some weight!!! Yippee!! Its nearly made it all worth it!

                And as for going back to your old ways.....you won't, simple as that......

                The girl I met was happy in herself, thrilled to be finally free, that girl kept me strong that weekend, that girl put all thoughts of drinking out of my head.....that girl taught me that i could go away for a weekend and stay in a hotel in the middle of town and not drink and have a totally wonderful time.....it was a real eye opener for me and a gift......I can never thank you enough for that........you made me feel proud of myself and you made me realise that..Yes, I can do this and it is the best pressie I have ever gotten....I mean that.

                          One of my fish is moaning that he's not been fed yet. I have forgotten actually, usually done it before I've gone to work.

                          You should hear the noise he's making! When he was small it was a cute little clicking noise, now it's a loud 'clonk' because he's about 20cm long. Better snap to it!
