Hey Angel, we had the release here about three weeks ago... the push ups are killers for me! I SUCK at push ups. Haven't been able to get to the gym for like two weeks.... suffering serious withdrawal! God I love pump! Maybe that can be my new addiction.... anyway... two days without a single drink. Am wondering what tomorrow will bring... I hear day three is a killer. I shall just have to stick it out I guess. Hope tomorrow brings a good day for all.
