hi all,glad to see all is well,i wont apoligise for my comment yesterday,if i cant ask you folks your thots who can i ask,ive dropped AA again like a bag of rocks,the philosify is great,its the personal views that make me think,that s what the book says it is not for all,again for some here im glad it works,thot for the day,when we drank,did we like to be reminde of are over drinking,did we not assume what others thot of us,being free of alcholism,is a gift,work for it,patience,off to church,i do love all have a wonderful day gyco

Gotta eat early cause I DO SERVICE tonight......YICKS ....Must walk a fine line between Stevie Nicks and a Catholic nun look in what I wear tonight...should be interesting ???

Why worrisome Evie, I imagine it smells AMAZING in there. I kid you not, Corned Beef and Cabbage is one of my all-time favorite comfort dinners. When I was a young girl still living at home that was often my Birthday Dinner, my mom made me!

Maybe that strange look is them wanting to eat right NOW, because it smells SO GOOD!

Well a nun that looks like Stevie Nicks is probably many a young Catholic boys fantasy :H

I worry because dinner isn't included with their B&B charges and they are looking like they will be here with BELLS ON...Maybe I will serve a bill for desert, what do you think??? Especially considering the outfit i will be wearing to serve them....LOL

Oh, OK... I get confused with rutabaga and rhubarb. I never cooked either one. Rhubarb is a stalk or something isn't it? And rutabaga is big and white & purple.

Ahhh, I can understand your confusion then, greenbean.

Rutabaga is a root vegetable, as you describe (not sure on coloring, as I have never seen one) and Rhubarb is a stalk plant, with huge leaves that I don't think you use, normally used in sweet dishes...like say a strawberry-rhubarb pie!
