I got up this morning and started the supps today. I did the hypnotic part one last night and the subliminal today. I feel really great. Maybe it's because even though I slept like crap I didn't go to bed drunk, or maybe it's because of the vitamins and such that I took throughout the day. You know what though, I don't care why it is. I just care that I feel pretty good and better than I have in a long time. I picked up this cool pillow that has a speaker in it so I can listen to the sleep learning without disturbing the hubby but not with headphones. It was only 10 bucks and I can even tuck my iPod Nano in the pocket so it doesn't hang out. I am psyched and can't wait to try it tonight.
