Crystal, I put together some of my favourite "kick ass songs" it really helps to motivate me. I look forward the endorphine release too. Feels better than alcohol and there is only good effects! Well done on day 2. You'll get there - don't doubt yourself - you CAN do it! Have to get up at 5.30am to take the youngester swim training.:argh: Going to either attempt a circuit class or head into the gym for an hour. I used to sit and sip my coffee feeling hung-over and yuk! This is so much nicer!
