I am very relieved that this latest crisis with my mum is over, and surprised and happy to note that it didnt bring on any particularly bad cravings. Just a few for nicotine, but they were very manageable I am pleased to report.
Back to training today, this is what I have to do.
Walk 1.5 miles. Run 5 min., walk 5 min.; do 3 times. Walk 1-2 miles.
I am really enjoying this, its daunting before I get going but once started I really feel as if I am getting somewhere. I can see the improvements in my running each week.
I need to add some resistance work too.
