I can see how adjusting to retirement from an active busy job would be hard. Voluteering was a good suggestion some one made. OR you could try stand up comedy

You are strong and determined and remember clearly the reasons you decided to do this. So, dust yourself off and get back onto that wagon of yours. Personally, I think the suspension is shot on mine as I keep taking a tumble. Took a slammer in January ? elbows bruised, knees scabbed but back on it. BTW, got some spare plasters if you need?.
