    Yep, you stopped at the right time....
    I cant imagine how hard it must be to battle this and have kids too...I find it hard enough just looking after myself.

                I'm damn good thanks guys, n i can totally agree with you on the occasional smoking/drinking thing Zen. I usually smoke about once a week just as a social/work thing, i'm hoping I can get to the same point with drinking (except hopefully not as a work thing eh? xD)

                        It does get better...lots better..After a month or so I looked so much less swollen and my eyes looked brighter, skin clearer...people even said that my voice changed...has anyone said anything to you about the changes yet ???
