That's all you can do is your best Sea. It's when we give up trying to do our best that we fall flat on our faces usually!. As you say actions speak louder than words for us addicts I think. You seem to be doing all the right things with your own recovery through AA as I am too. Took me a long time to take that 'real' leap of faith and get back to a fellowship of like-minded souls!! I'm so pleased your making progress hon.

Hi all, amazing day, going to plan a nice afternoon tea in the garden for the kids after school. They will love it, butterfly buns , iced drinks ect and im going to park myself in the corner and have a good read, wont be on much , to nice a day to bother with you lot....
