I calmed down starts. Thanks. x Went for a walk, went to my parents for a bit and sat in the sun and did some painting in the garden. Feel much better now! My sponser asked me if I would like to go on a 12 step call with him on sunday morning. I have agreed. Really dont know what to expect, but its all part of the learning curve for me.To Infinity And Beyond!!Comment

Its when a person calls the AA line and asks for help. They speak to someone in the area they are in(my sponser in this case) and then arrange a time to go and meet them to talk about AA if they want. Plus there alcoholism, and what they would like to do about it next.To Infinity And Beyond!!Comment
