I have to be careful of my knees, the last time I ran, I was training for a half marathon, I overdid the training and had to stop running for years.

I wish I had your confidence Oney, so far I have got up to running continuously for 5 mins. 10K will take me at least an hour, so a fair way to go yet!!

I am going to keep on training, I am following a plan so hopefully this old bod will handle it. Plus I am enjoying the focus...I want to run it, really badly. Its like the culmination of all this effort over the last months, to have a fit mind AND a fit body.
