          Evie,I am so sorry to hear about your brother....he is done suffering now and he's in a better place. I send my best thoughts your way, Evie.

          Zenny, Congrats on racking up the AF days....good on you, especially with your gym routine added in for good measure. I bet you are feeling really fine right about now?
          Cy, you sound like a different person these days...there is a strength I have never seen b4. Good boy!
          How is my Rubes today?
          Sunday is almost over and I feel as tho I have kind of wasted the days off....I DID do a 3 mile walk and I baked a german choc cake (those two things don't go together very well do they?). Today I will do laundry, another long walk and make spaghetti dinner. I guess that means I did get a couple of things done. I'm also catching up on hanging and folding clean laundry (that tends to build up in our household).
          Starty, What's with the manflu? You were just sick a couple of weeks ago.....Is it time to get your little butt into the DR for a full check up????
