    Ill be here Vlad. Is there something you can do instead of sitting thinking about it? Dont know if you ever go to the cinema, but I find thats a good option.

      Hi there Jinj. I always found the 30 mark tough. Just think of all the positive things that have happened in the last 27 days. Even if its just in the head. How much better you feel when you first wake? Drink will make nothing better.

          I have 'band practice' Monday evening but that finishes around witching hour. And I quite often have a drink Monday... still. Just the 2 mind!

            Thx Starts - I'm taking a homeopathis anti-anxiety and have GABA too. Just gonna hang on in there!

            Vlad - I also do the "hmmm when hubby's away, maybe I can play" thing. He was due to be away tomorrow but that's cancelled, thank god. He will be drinking wine (as usual!!) but I find that easier to deal with than my own demons. I know that I should be doing it for me and noone else, which is usually the case - just abit weak at the moment! good luck & stay focused!

              That must really suck hubby drinking when you're not. I'm fortunate, when I've abstained hubby has always abstained with me.

                    yo again,hi onester,vlad all be here for ya,i got family coming up Monday,kinda in the same boat,i guess,been a while since ive drank,but i have naltrexone here if i guess i get a desire,but like many drugs ive taken i dont like meds,they almost killed me,vlad have you tried online AA,kinda like here,you see the other side,people are friendly,just a desire to stop,i no where your at,of late everyone's back to work,but me,even told the other day if i even attempt to work at anything,i lose my benefits,im losing thousands of dollars,but its only for a few months,shit happens,wifes not happy,but shes been great,not like were in dire straits,the great thing is shes happy i got ypou folks,strange isn't it

                        ok im off to read the paper if its here to early to start house work ,and yes ladies, house work,the wifes quite happy i know how to do that,id sooner be better and working but shit happens,told her id lay onmy back any time she wants hahahahha still waiting lol
