vlad or anyone read bills story online its under aa book then read the 164 pages very simple one of the best books you can read,in a thousand years from now it will be one of the greatest books ever made we wont be here tho to see that

Oh it's so great to be able to read and catch up with everyone and welcome jinja..
I have to go to bed now.. tis late.

Starty it's a full-on hip replacement. I've been in denial as I am too young.

This doc has done both knees and a hip on a 16yo and convinced me there is no other way for me either. He promises I will need no more pain killers after and I can get back to a normal life. The literature I've read does not give guarantees. However I can't imagine not going through with it as soon as I can. Spending more years in pain means more drugs & turning into a drug munching zombie with no relief as from what I can tell the drugs make the pain worse if used long term.

Big deal now is to train kids into being more self-reliant etc around the house. My 15yo has to get her L-plates so she can drive. Things should be OK so long as we can move the car to get groceries. Besides that there is the NO INCOME issue to figure... so working on it. It's 'only 6 weeks' but with a mortgage that's HUGE!!!

Sorry to bore with all this.. it's just new. As I haven't much time I might pm you Starty if I can't get time to post.. just want to keep in contact. Hard in a house with 3 kids over 8 and 1 computer!

I've read quite a bit of the big book online - tis very good! Love the bit where it TELLS you that you need to seek a higher power to beat it, and gives a clear message to so-called atheists and agnostics!!! It's good to know that I've already done that bit!

Morning All. Just reading your post, Fickle, and WOW, that's tough. I, too, have several med. issues, but if one surgery might fix them all, I'd certainly go for it. (Mine won't). Don't feel bad about ventiing on here. Sometimes it's the only place we have! Keep us up-todate!!

I'm good - but being screamed at for so-called spamming somebody with a marketing email. Honestly, I send them 1 email a week, if that. Anyway - they could have clicked unsubscribe on the bottom of the email if it was annoying them THAT much!!!
