I get in to nutty music and of course you can always join/explore the music threads or just youtube in general.. I find it helps me out with the housework etc... otherwise um... if you are patient there is an online game which is a kind of forum.. live with other people in the world where you build a villiage and become a warlord or a trader or whatever in your own little world.. and other people attack you and pillage your village etc.. etc.. if you are into that.. Travian - Browser Game - Romans, Gauls & Teutons

Join a group of some sort, social group, weekly tennis, latin dancing, bowling, laughing club...go through the hobbie section of your local telephone pages for ideas...there is so so so much to do in this world. Go see an inspiring movie! Put on some crazy music and dance like a mental case ( I personally love this if i feel stressed ).
Peacenik- I always remember that saying when i am occassionally bored and i ask myself ' well what are you going to do about it girly ? '.
