    Easy Riddle

    1. Can you name five days of the week without saying (or writing) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday? (Well, it should be an easy riddle

    2. A man is six feet tall, is a clerk at a butcher shop, and wears size 11 shoes. What does he weigh?

    3. The thunder comes before the lightning; the lightning comes before the clouds. The rain dries everything it touches.

    4. Alex bought a bag of apples on Saturday, and he ate a third of them. On Sunday he ate half of the remaining apples. He ate one more on Monday and one more on Tuesday, then ate half of the remaining apples on Wednesday. On Thursday he looked in the bag and saw that there was just one apple left. How many apples did the bag have to begin with?

        Four legs have I, a sturdy fellow
        A fuzzy back that isn't yellow
        But (often) green or (rarely) red
        A den is where I make my bed
        My keepers feed me coloured balls
        With sticks they store on my den walls
        Sometimes I store them in my pouch
        Sometimes deep in my belly; ouch!
        That's when you'll see me acting strange
        Instead of balls, I'll eat your change
        And that's my cue to feed again
        Chalk it up to hunger, friend!
