      Hey Mr T and everyone else
      Today it is 362 glorious binge free, hangover free, smoke free (363 actually!), painkiller free days since I joined MWO.
      Compared to where I was this time last year (think gutter) when life was a living hell and now it is Joy Joy Joy!
      Hope everyone else is fighting the good fight and winning.

                          64 DAYS! Just got back from an N/A convention and had a great day. Something I will carry with me for a long time. Heard a great speaker today who was over from the lower Bronx New York called 'Brownie'. AMAZING is all I can say.
