Morning all. Hope all is well. My team won last night and knocked out belfast! Thats one back for the Welshies!
Well, im coming up to 60 days, and i can honestly say I feel great. That mental obsession has gone, and im not thinking about booze all the time. If I wasnt drinking before, boy, people knew I wasnt! But today I feel good, and believe that someone is looking after me!
Hope tnt is o.k for you Vlad. Stay with us, and make a plan so your not stuck in the house with the bottle. x

Gyco, thanks, I am chugging lots of icy water as I sit here...it is quite magical stuff, it really helped me with my nicotine cravings too, I wish I had remembered at the weekend..Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

Hi all,
Sorry for not logging in sooner.
The last week has been disastrous - both my PC and my bosses got hit with the same virus and we have spent all week trying to make sure that we have refound everything that we lost. Luckily I had backed up most of mine but she lost a lot of stuff. Also, my kids were sick and usual family hassles. Anyway, back on track this week.
Sorry to hear you were feeling down Starts and congrats to Cy on 60 days!

Thanks all. Day 57 today, so still a couple to go!
Im off to town to see if the libary has my book in. and they also have blu ray disks to hire now, which I was impressed with!
I have found the 'doctors opinion' in the AA book is a good place to start when the cravings come. You can get it on the web, and is the first bit of the book. It has explained alot to me about where I was at with my drinking and cravings as such.
