I have had a lovely day today, met up with an old friend and went to the pub for lunch, was good to see her and lovely to sit out in the sunshine...and NOT crave a beer!
I looked at all the pumps and waited for the saliva, but it NEVER came, I was so relieved...
So I seem to back to normal again.

You need to be inspired within yourself....have you thought of starting your own business?
