not sure starts...I have had terrible shooting pains down both legs for five nights in a row, I am not sleeping, and of course trying to get OFF these pills, and not able yet, because there has yet to be a better non-opiate replacement. BLAH...BUT I am af, and have lost 20 lbs since mid November, I have to try to focus of the positive, if I don't it will just be an open door right into a beer can, you know

Zen....Epsom salts, I will pick some up tomorrow...GOOD idea.

MAjor back probs.

Four discs out...yes four...two lower, l4-l5 and l5-s1...and two below that nobby bone at the base of my neck....I fractured my L1 and have lost over 40% of the bone mass....major arthritis numbness in fingers...pain...scoliosis and kyphosis...

going to check out that link start on the TENS

Zen...you used one, did it work> What are they doing for your scoliosis?

The land of sheep and daffs is good. Spring is in the air, and life is hunky dorey at the mo. Have had erin all week, and she asked if she can live here for a while, which would be nice. But, these 8/9 year olds can be funny little things, and can work there parents a treat(!), so ill see how she feels in a week or so!

Starty...THAT is the screy thing, they (or me either) don't know...I went for a bone scan to test bone density...with a fracture as bad as mine is with no trauma is very worrisome...*sigh*
