      Well, you can laugh, but that starfish still lives. Minus one leg, but still washing itself up and out again.

        I think it's great - I learnt something about starfish that day too...maybe having one less leg means he can't swim straight??

          They are really good...glutamine is available everywhere & is cheap. But all the supps are good...buy them local though.

            Lesson Two: They don't swim straight. They sort of wobble up and down, moving each leg in turn.

                        Yes. When the leg came off, he wondered if he just pushed the leg back onto the broken bit, whether it would stick back on. He was a bit shaken up after I made him put the thing back....
