                  Thanks everyone! It has flown by! I have thought alot about being sober this year. DAH! I have to say that removing AL from my life has taken about 90% of stress away. Really! In a years time my hub and I have had about 4 disagreements - all his fault of coarse - LOL! I still have the same boss, marriage, kids, problems. But without AL, I am able to keep them in proportionate perspective. No more mountains out of mole hills, and the best is that I don't use AL when upset about something and make it 10 X worse than it really was. I have realized what a "reality distorter " and "negativity amplifier " AL was for me. I feel better, I look better, my life is going in a more positive direction - and it is going in the direction that I choose. I'm no longer just existing, I'm living life on my terms. I am excited and even joyous. My life is now purposeful and I am fully present. I can now give all of myself to whom ever or what ever I am focused upon, which totally improves the quality of those encounters. I was numb when AL was in my life. Now, the most simple things move me at the core of my being.
                  Thank you all for being with me on this journey. You have made it easier - better. You will never know how your words of encouragement - since I have been here (3 years this summer) helped me get to this day. I will always be committed to MWO, for what it can do in a person's life. We are all at different stages of our journey, but never think that you are not making progress. It is a process. We are a process. I love you all! We will each make it, in our own way!
