    Hi All....

    Just checking in.... been flat out last few days. Trying my best to be good and not drink - went for a run last night instead of running to the fridge! Think I have shin splints - typical! Hope you are all well.

      No hot cross bun recipe sorry...I hear Jo Seagars recipe is good and the Edmonds one is crap. That's all I got I'm afraid...
