I did it again! I laid down to rest minutes before I have to get my kids. (only 4 blocks away) and got the call... from the school, and the soon to be ex etc..... " your kids r here where r you?" F! F! F! F! going to the doc tomorrow. Tried for an appt today. Could not get one F! Figures!

Not to be harsh or anything.... but I really hope you keep that appointment with the doctor tomorrow.
I honestly thought your life was going down fast a while back; and I believe that there was a time that you had passed out and forgot to get your kids. Or missed getting your kids. Not to mention the bar thing...
You said you couldn't do rehab back then. I honestly think for the sake of your kids and not to mention yourself, you should reconsider. Who would care for the kids? I know this question arose a while back. The fact of the matter is, Child Protection will more than likely take these kids if you don't get the help you desperately need. Or what would happen if you were drinking and driving with these kids? Not only are you putting your own life at risk; you are also putting those childrens lives at risk - and those on the road.
I don't want you to think I am hypocrite, I only want to help. It is really time to get some help. Please go to that appointment and ask your doctor for some guidance.Comment

Twin.....get a big alarm clock before you dooze off ! Set it for about 30 min. before pick up time.........That's what I do....I'm on so many meds. I can fall asleep anytime. IAD:gramps:
