I have had a couple of cigs each day since Sat....I have sneaked them all. I feel like I'm sneaking alcohol- same feeling when you sneak. I can't fail at this....it is just too important. At least I am still totally AF and close to NF (is that like ALMOST pregnant?). Send your NF vibes to me spiritually....I'll put my feelers out to receive them! Oh Startsy, You should see it. The garden is a mess...We had a frost (happens every 5 or 6 yrs.) and alot of my tropicals are down to the ground. I have been cutting them back and seeing alittle sign of life is still in most of them. Hopefully they will perk up with the warm weather..
AFM, I bought an antique doll and a tiny stuffed reindeer that come from Lapland...they are sitting here looking at me as I type...charming and very old..I love em.sigpicEyes on the PRIZE, a SOBER Future !!!Comment

Kriggs, stop the nonsense now, get rid of your cigs and get back to NF. You know you can do it and you dont want a puckered up cats arse for a mouth...
Plus, remember all the good things about not smoking, the smells, i.e. you dont, your perfumes, your clear skin, your clear eyes, your PRIDE in your achievement....
One thing I found when the cravings got bad was to drink an ice cold glass of water, for some reason it helped.
