I would love to share tips and ideas on how to deal with sugar cravings and stress eating. What are your favorite low calorie munchies ??? What exercise is best to tone the belly muscles (so expanded in the past by the alcohol). My Beer belly hasn't completely gone away ?? Maybe part of it is normal post menopausal body changes but i am sure I can look better than this, and I am willing to work at it.
I think a realistic goal would be 1 1/2 LBS. per week. That would be 6 LBS. a month and I have 2 months before I am going back to my hometown (I want to feel more comfortable with my looks by then ) and could sure use some help.
