Good morning super troopers!
Hope everyone is happy, and full of beans this good Friday.
I didn't sleep very well last night. No particular reason, just kept waking up and needing a wee! That'll teach me to not drink red bull at 8.30 and then have a coffee at 9 after my meeting!
So, what's everyones plans for the Easter weekend? I'm going to a meeting in Bristol tonight and then pampering wishy all day tmr for her birthday.

So its Miss Wishys birthday tomorrow?
I was up and down all night too....must've been the full moon....
Why do you go to Bristol for your meetings? Thats quite a way for you isnt it? Well over the bridge anyway...
I am off to the coast for the weekend...I am looking forward to it. The last one was a bit of a wash out with those horrible cravings...so I am armed with a massive pot of lglut and have been religiously taking my kudzu every day.

Morning Starts.
It is Miss W birthday tmr.
Bristol has a very strong fellowship and strong beliefs in the Big Book. The AA and CA meetings are excellent, with a really good following. Always get something from the meetings. Its onlt about a 30 min drive, so not far. Only bad thing is you have to pay to get back into Wales on the bridge!
Im sure your weekend will be a good un starts!

I dont know about sleeping pills, thats about the only pill I have never needed :-)
What will you do? Take for a while until you get into a sleep pattern?
Why dont you start a thread about sleep issues and see what everyone else thinks?
