definitely have a chat- I think it shows initiative and depth to (as Wally says) want to know more about them- and in the process you can see if you like their ideology, methods etc. Please remember- while they are charged with 'picking you'- YOU clearly have something very valuable to bring to the table- and they would be lucky to get you.

Actually, what I think I will do, is answer the questions loosely. And then wait until I get asked for an interview to elaborate on my own history.
If its meant to be, then it will happen...I think I would rather be as honest as I can.

The application went in on Friday, giving enough to catch their interest, but not so much that I dig myself into a hole.
So now I play the waiting game.

Well, I finally have an interview date. The 4th June.
I am swinging wildly from excited to nervous.
At least I have some time to prepare.
I am going to be interviewed by 2 women. I like the idea that it seems a fairly formal process because although it is only a volunteer position, at least I feel they are taking me seriously.
I have also found some courses affiliated to a University. They look promising so I will follow those up too.

I am so sure this what you are meant to be doing. Everything about it feels so very RIGHT!!!!!!!!!
