I've seen where quite a few people have their IM icon posted below their info...
While it's been my experience that virtually Everyone is respectful here... has that been a good idea for you? Has it been awkward?
For one thing, I would imagine that most people's IM name isn't the same as their name here, so you wouldn't even know who popped up...
