    I'm so feckin' wound up over stuff I typed it out but erased it as it looked worse in priint. :upset: At least I'm away from the hole today.

      Ah oney, just wrangliing with emotions. I have enough going on and my dad is being real passive aggressive about me visiting. Pisses me off and makes me want to go even less. There is anger and guilt there I must address and get through but it never seems like a conventient time to do it..... imagine that! :H

          Well HERE I IS ....better late than never.
          Got up and realized it was Thursday and I hadn't turned the rooms around for guests arrival yet...so i just finished being "the little white tornado" and got em done. Not easy with a knee swollen 3 times it's normal size....but I did it.
          Greenie, i am sorry that your dad doesn't realize WHO he has for a daughter. one day he will see you thru the clear eyes of spirit and know that you are truly a "woman of wonder" ???in the mean time...forgive him his trespasses and kick him in the teeth if he gives you a hard time.

            Good day folks!
            I'm feeling good again today, if a little pensive.
            I'm thinking too much again. I get like that sometimes; thinking stuff that just clutters and confuses. I'll shake it off soon no doubt.
            Anyhoo, damp and grey here in west central Scotland.
            My little cat's been trying to make mincemeat of my hands and succeeded. I think it's a boy though I'm not 100% sure. I had a look - as you do - and there's not a lot to see.

              I LOVE Scotland to BITS Pops, Hubby is a Scot and look GRAND in a kilt ....Fab legs !!
              Sounds like a wee bit of Scottish weather is happening of the day...
              I would find a nice warm place by the fire to have me some Tatties, Neeps and Haggis and wait the weather out.
              Careful not to anger the little wee Scottish TIGER while your at it...give him a rub on the chin for me.

                Hi to All,
                Glad to see you checking in with us Gyco; so sorry to hear about your extreme back issues- I hope your Dr can get you the relief you need. Life, and everything else, is so much more difficult with chronic pain. I salute you for keeping your sense of humor....you are one helluva guy! I hope you know that!
                Greenie, Good that you get to stay away from "the hole" today.....it will give you some distance from that worrisome part of your life. I hope the weather is good in SC so you can enjoy maybe doing something outside. You are also one that keeps her sense of humor in times of diversity....you are right on target to think that is the way to keep your sanity.
                Mario, I always post long after you leave this thread but I wanted to give you my "well wishes". Tell us about your meeting when you return. It sounds like you have a really good plan in place. Plan=Success.
                Evie, Are you seeing any improvement in your spider bite? Take it easy and don't over do it! It sounds to me that a SERIOUS spider got you, hun.

                    Hi Ya Krigs, Wish that I could be out running ...even walking would be nice. The "bite" is infected and is still sore when I bend my knee....
                    Oh well....this too shall pass.
                    it has really put a damper on my exercise program though...can't think of anything that I can do to get back in shape right now. It somehow even hurts to push the button on the remote control...GO FIGURE ???
                    Please ...when this does heal up I will really need your motivation to get moving again. i have mountains to climb and circles to investigate ...that reminds me, i need to check the circles ???

                      Keep on trucking, Evie. I know what you mean about "getting in shape". I looked at my picture online of me finishing my 5K and I look like a toad. I am really upset about how I look but I still don't seem to do anything to change. What is wrong with me? Maybe seeing that pic is my motivation?

                          Krigs, A TOAD...I don't believe it for one second. i am sure that after a 5k you could look alittle .......shall I say...wilted ??? but reptilian ...never. AL has been tuff on my once BEAUTEOUS LOOKS but I am determined to do the best with what I have left...and that will just have to be good enough. I believe that true beauty comes from within and from that point i feel more and more beautiful ......by the day.

                              Not yet kriger. I start in October and I'm really looking forward to it.
                              I nearly forgot. It's not only St' George's Day but also William Shakespeare's birthday and the anniversary of his death, which must have played havoc with his celebrations. And it's my grandson's first birthday aswell.
