    I am freaking out

    Okay,

I just got a letter from the FDA!

They've intercepted my baclofen at the border. I have another order placed from a different company and now I am very worried that the FDA keeps some sort of log and they are going to think I am some sort of criminal  and they are going to send guys in suits and arrest me.

What should I do? I don't think there's anything I can do but I really don't want to go to jail.:upset:

Don't freak out Imagine. They just wont let you have them. It's not a big deal. The FDA won't arrest you, my dear. Let's just hope you get them so you didnt waste your money!

      freaking out

imagine please try and stay calm the letter you got is commonly known as a "love letter" and it usually says that you cant import any prescription medicines into the country unless you are have a permit. only 3 types of people can import---doctors,pharmacists and pharmaceutical companies.
however the letter usually says that you have a choice to dispute this or let the medication be sent back or be destroyed by the fda.dont dispute it just let it go.most of the time no action is taken the letter is basically a warning.people often order drugs not knowing if they are allowed or not.topamax is prescription and baclofen is also prescription.
as far as being on a list i dont know about that.if you had ordered something heavy duty then i would worry but baclofen is not considered dangerous.
      hope this helps
