Last Update for the Night!!!

Two more kind people have dug into their pockets, so here's another update-





I have to go to bed now- I am very grateful I have a bed to go to- how many nights do we take that for granted??? I pray Sean has been able to get his head down somewhere warm and comfortable for the night- at least we know from tomorrow on he has a choice for a few days- if he can't get into a shelter he will have enough money for a room.

Last night...

I got up to the PC late today and was quite overwhelmed to see that we have another $150 in the kitty overnight.

While our world is far from a perfect place there are still many kind-hearted people around.

I had to make a new ticker




There has been a request that we hold of till sending until this afternoon as there may be one or two more folk wishing to donate.

I don't think Sean logs on until about 2pm from the library usually?

I will wait until about 5pm and send it online then- he can then collect it instantly.

I really do want to say Thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart- I was hesitant to ask other people for help, but I could only send very little myself, and it is of course a desperate situation. None of us ever knows when we could be in a similar situation ourselves, and it is so nice to see that human kindness still wins the day...my guess is that UKSean will be speechless.

Last night it was very cold in the South of England, we put our heating which had been off since Easter, back on. I hope and pray that Sean managed to find a room for the night. Although the sun is shining right now the weather forecast for tomorrow is bad...rain all day.

Sean was allowed tosleep in the office of the shelter night before last so at least he had a roof over his head then. I am hoping that last night he did too.

I know he had to present himself at a church hostal last night- hopefully they will have had a place for him. By tonight he will have the money, and for sure a spare place will come very soon.

There is another organisation he is also trying to get placed in, which is a more permanent solution. I hope he will post the link later, it looks lovely.
