This is my friend John, the first pilot I ever got to fly tandem with!
Pretty cool finding this. We landed in the Telluride town park, and "Whacked" our landing! The camera was sticking out on a pole over the nose of the glider... we bent a down tube, and hit kind of hard, but no harm done except to the glider, a bit...(and John's ego...
those pilots are merciless during the festival with each other!)
We even ended up in a hanglider calender!:H
