    Do you get ceasily?

    Hi everyone,

This site is so good, it's full of alot of valuable information that is really helpful.

Does anyone find that they get cold really easily (hands & feet). I was told that if you drink alot this is one of the side affects due to circulation.

    What do you think?

Hey Millie, get a doc to check you out for Reynaud's disease. You will probably be fine, as I was, but it is a concern.

I have cold hands and feet because I'm losing weight, growing old, and my hands and feet were boney to begin with.

This works great for my feet at night:

I've always had cold feet and hands which I was told was because of my smoking.

LOL Boss, I'm loving that bed warmer... got to get me one of those this winter.

          Brrrr . . .

          Hi Millie08,

As Pan said please see your doc.

I used to be cold all of the time (and in those years I did not drink). My GP ran some blood tests and found I had an iron deficency and was Anemic. Iron shots at 1st then iron tablets helped immensely.

          Hope you feel warmer soon . . . .
