Oh, bloody hell. We're on Swine Flu Alert. Just think! I could be in the middle of nowhere right now, not in tourist central.

The Next day Thread Tues 28th April
Afternoon All.
Sorry to hear you are still feeling bad about things Pan.
I did pump this morning, shaking like a leaf. I don't know what is wrong with me. Gaining weight, losing strenght. I think that I have the potential to be an over-eater. So I have to be careful not to replace one problem with another.
As for neighbours, ours is due to retire in a few months and his big plans are to remove his trees. Time for us to get planting on our side I think. A big sad when you think some of these trees have been there almost 80 years.

Hi All,
Pan - glad you're about and posting, I was worried!
Angel - I remember stamping up and down on a plastic toy gun when the boys were about 4, I completely lost it. They've both just taken up Muay Thai - should be interesting! The rule is no practicing on each other or their father.
Ezz - I think it takes a while for your body to adjust mentally and physicaly to being AF, don't stress too much, just go with what you think you need. I haven't lost an ounce since Christmas, despite being (mainly) AF, eating healthily and really increasing my exercise activity BUT I feel good, which helps. I'm due to get my thyroid checked again soon, which will hopefully reveal why I'm stuck. Until then I'm sticking with the curves and cuddly bits.
Zen - you're so lucky to have nice neighbours, we've just realised the new tennants above us are having a baby soon, (either that or she's been eating a ridiculous amount of pies). Will be interesting when they bring it home to see how much we share in the night time crying sessions........I like babies but couldn't eat a whole one.
Anyhoo, sorry if I've missed anyone, have a great day, we have rain which is great as is been so hot - did Tawny get water and who was it who needed wood??
BxxProud to be SLIGHTLY SLOVENLY.:wavin:

ha ha that was me! I burnt my chin on the toaster and did not notice until i got to work and a colleague said what is that on your chin. It was like a burn blister across my chin. I went and looked in the mirror and for a few minutes I could not figure out what the hell it was then clunk I realised! When I came back to my desk I said to him oh I burnt my chin off the toaster whilst lighting a cigarette... and he did not believe me.....sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction....
My kids still kill each other and they are 14 and 17 - usually over the remote or something reallky stupid. Sometimes the walls shake when they get going and thank god the neighbour is deaf otherwise I'd be locked up by now. But the good thing is when they get to that age you can just grab your bag and leave the house! If they dont have an audience they soon give up....

Oh, Zen. Sorry to learn about your injury. Hope you're up and running again soon. Strange you should mention grass. I had lots on Friday. Husband has poisoned it all. He was supposed to be spraying the broad leaf stuff only, but he's killed the whole shebang. He is a crabby gardener and if only he'd told me his plans I could have stopped him. Too late now.Feb 04 2009 80 days AF.
AF May 23 09 to July 09
