Morning everyone.

Still AF but this morning I decided to weight myself. OMG, all that food I consumed over the weekend was a bad idea, it kept me sober, but went on all the wrong places. My goal for this week is to watch what I eat, I can't possibly exercise any more than I do.

My kids fight over anything, remove something and they move on to the next argument. School starts again on Thursday.

Hi. Okay, Mr G. The Pump word is not a bad word. I actually took the time to find out what Pump is. Sounds like too much hard work for me. The only reason I jacked up about Pump was because that seemed to be only thing that was being spoken about for a couple of days and I was getting pissed off at one lone topic of conversation.

Kids, dogs. All the same thing. Maybe if I only had ONE dog? They are both really upset and confused. They keep running to the gate everytime a car comes past that has squeaky brakes. Like my car that hubby took with him back to the middle of nowhere.

It was 'Attack' this morning - 3rd time I've tried it...full on hyper cardio. The instructor gets some people on stage for one track...a very camp looking guy got up...he was hilarious and sooo happy, I'm sure he was dancing in his own cabaret club in his head!!!
Ezz, watch the calories but don't let it detract from your goal...I'm learning that getting sober has to be absolute number one at all times for me....the slightest distraction and I'm off track again. You're doing so great.

Angel, just read a bit of yesterday. I went down the Champix route. It is the other med that sends you "insane". Can't think of the name right now. Champix worked for me, but unfortunately made me so light headed that I kept tripping over.
