I took it for 30 days and it served its purpose - it got me my first 30 days AF/NF but I came off it after that and went cold turkey as I was a bit worried about its effects on my poo brain which is challenged at the best of times. I definitely would not have got my 30 days AF/NF kick start without it though got the ball rolling so to speak.

It was only one night that he's complaining about. All we had were ingredients to make an omelette and he didn't fancy that, so he went out and bought takeaway. Apparently I am the worst person in the world for not having something better to eat in the fridge. Like he doesn't have eyes? Or feet? Or legs to go shopping? Apparently my fault. It's become a huge fault of mine in his eyes.

He kept phoning me and telling me what he was having for dinner. He only gave me $100 a week for myself and the dogs to live on. I wasn't eating well at all. He was living it up on meat while I had ham rolls.

Hey, to change the subject, I can tell when it's getting cold here. My big dog is lying on her bedtime towels. I can't leave them around during the day because they wet their bed. Strangley they don't do it when they are asleep. The bedtime towels are big and fluffy.
