Oney, pants!! I'd have said at the get go "If you don't move her from the fridge, I'M going to start squealing!" I must have a low tolerance level but the visit would have ended then.

Evie, it's a lifelong fear..... don't you think it's natural you feel this way? I think it's great that you're doing this. I wish I could be there to see!

Hi Ya Greenie, Swelling is down and will probably stay that way if I stay down awhile longer...

Quit icing it if you haven't. Here is the really bad news...... (or good, depends). As it heals your body puts out collagen but in a criss-cross pattern like a darning stitch. Muscle ligaments are linear so that forms adhesions in the fascia and restricts the range of motion. So when you think it's healed, those adhesions have to be manually broken up by (here comes the good and bad part) manual massage but it is painful as hell. so find a good looking massage therapist to take your mind out of the gutter - I mean off the pain. LMFCTO!!
