Ez you asked for an Accountability partner earlier. How did you go. I can't usually be that as much as I would like to, because my internet access is intermittent.

I got Oney, which is great because she helped me a lot last weekend.

Being accountable to myself doesn't work, if it did I should have been able to stop by myself. I don't know why it helps but it just does for me, to have to log on and say Yes, I am Sober.

That's what got me through Ez. If I had had to been accountable to myself I would just have put it off day by day. Funny thing is, that's what got me through. Going day by day.

I made a promise to everyone here and even tho I didn't know anyone then, I felt I had to keep that promise because I'd put it out there. It worked.
