Oh, Please do Pan....I think I speak for all of us when I say that we want the army to be a comfortable place to drop into and get support or have a laugh....

I also think that when a number of people who have been on a Thread for so long, know what's going on with the others that newbies might feel like they don't belong. I have noticed this sort of hesitation on TNDFeb 04 2009 80 days AF.

I have made a suggestion to some people on Starting Out that they join either of us, but today I just suggested the NDT because we are smaller. I think the newbies can get overwhelmed sometimes by reading their posts.Feb 04 2009 80 days AF.

I usually do now. Either the Army or TND. I haven't been in the others. I think it's important, especially with the ones who are really shy.
