Stop and enjoy the flowers in your life today, whether they be real flowers or the other "flowers" you value -- a child's smile, making it through another day AF, whatever!
When I was a girl the tradition was that you would gather wild flowers on May Day (May 1st), make bouquets and put them on the porch of neighbors (particularly older neighbors). I don't see that tradition much around here any more. Are there May day traditions in your part of the world? What's your favorite spring bloom? Mine is the rhododendron blossom, which grow natively around here in an amazing fantastic variety of colors. Check these out:

Ast..........I'm sorry but the only thing I remember about celebrating May was "Cinco de Mayo" (5th of May) and you know what kind of problems that causes ! Ha! IAD.
