Hi all. I've had a lovely day. I have been to visit my Mum and sat for 2 hours helping her with her latest puzzle, think my new thing might well me puzzles! Then i visited my sister and the gang and had a coffee with them. I also went shopping for something for dinner as i'm cooking for Cy to celebrate his 90 days. I also bought him loads of munchies and some nice bubble bath. I'm so proud of him he has done and is doing brilliant. He is like a different person and i couldn't be happier.

Evie ... The only thing i can suggest is that you keep yourself busy, when you feel like having some ice then do something to distract you. Just like all addictions, finding other things to do helps alot. It's helped me alot with the smoking.

Sea ... Glad the kudzu is working for you.

Starts ... How was your relaxing day?

Oney ... I have to agree that beetroot is pure ming mong and cottage cheese (never actually tried cottage cheese but the look of it puts me right off, it's a bit like thick baby sick!!)

Hi REDDY, Don't think AL will freeze but the compulsive feeling of wanting it is very much the same...especially the stress being a trigger for it.
