I am enjoying the afternoon with a FAT Steven King movie, "Rose Red"!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta love it....rode my horse yesterday so I cannot walk today....best sit infront of the TV

Cycle, Thanks...good suggestions, and you must be psychic ??? Just told Hubby to get out Grandma's cast iron frying pan. I wanted to make fried green tomato's and I think that would be a good way to get IRON and not upset my TUMMY.

Hey Zenny
I thought about that myself, cause now I am starting to lost the energy a bit. I do take a Multivit. for woman, Mag, B-comples, zince, milk thistle. Supposed to take lots of vit D, but ran out. I just was out running errands for a couple of hours, lugged in everything with no help, and now don't want to think about cleaning the garage. I tend to neglect my vitamins when on a bender.

I love it and getting it from where you suggested, makes it really affordable...
The only problem I have is sometimes the post office charges a percentage on top for the privilege of delivering it to this country. It doesnt even get to my door, I have to collect it...daylight robbery if you ask me....
But yes, its brill and really comprehensive...plus being a powder it absorbs easily.
Shall I become a marketing manager for All One?
