Haven't read the whole thread, but Hi to everyone - nice to see you fickle.
Am back on the tea again. Am having chamomile because I had a late work out and am WIDE AWAKE.
We looked in at a Body Combat class - the bit we saw didn't seem to require a major amount of coordination - what do the experts think??
