First of all Hi Everyone....I have been away for days....I missed you all lots.
If you were here in the US you would have a choice to go directly to HER insurance company and have them pay all of the expenses, saving you the cost of your deductible. That would include the rental car charges. If you go thru your insurance company (assuming you have collision and upset) you will pay your deductible, get your car fixed. Your company will then go after the other company to get reimbursed for what they paid out and as a courtesy to you, your expenses (rental car, deductible). If you think her company is going to "work with you", I would deal with them directly and avoid the "out of pocket" expenses you would incurr going thru your own carrier. Reimbursement of your deductible, if you go thru your own carrier, sometimes seems to take forever. PM me and I would be happy to answer any questions, Limers. Krigs

I see starty on her journey into her new future, Zenny still struggling with her groin (sorry about that Zenn- it seems to be lasting a very long time), Marbs has had some days from Hell (good days to follow-I'll send my best good vibes over to Spain). Evie, you just can't catch a break with painful afflictions can you; I'll send you some special good thoughts too! I have Sis In Law in town for 3-4 days so I'll probably not be online much.
