I am not even close to trimming, I am gaining. I may be paranoid but people have been looking at my belly a lot, I hope they are not expecting me to produce some big news soon. Everyone's favourite womens gossip at school is guessing who is expecting.

At least you are back and not just giving up!
Good idea about writing down in graphic detail what drinking does to you. Also jot down how great you feel when sober!
Stay close to the boards to, it really does help.

Starting, Yes, the weight thing must be frustrating, especially when you're sweating your camel toe off, and actually gaining weight! I thought it was as simple as......you just burn off more calories/k/joules than you put into your body?... Maybe that just works for blokes......, but i do know it can take 6 weeks ish to start to see results? You should certainly feel great sooner than that!
