      hi all, my legs are knackered but the excercising is going well, enjoying the walks, doing 2 40 min walks a day ...feeling good. See you all later, im off to study.

        2 40 min walks shit i wish i could stand for 40 minutes hahah you must be going in the mini run walk or wahtever you folks do in ireland,hahaha,funny i was reminissing on the marathons i was doing,b4,my last was in 1998,was suppose to do it under 3hrs and20min, had a frikkin panic attack,took me a lot longer,good for all of you who are participating,i wish you all well,and im so envious,is it for men and women,i no my nitch was ,id always run with the prettiest lady in the race hahaha,dam i like sweaty women hahha

          Good Morning you earlybirds - hope its ok to post on this thread, as I find I learn a lot from the 'dailies' - good way to get to know folk, also.

          Is this the "Marathon thread"? Marathon posts for sure - StartO, your fingers should be in great shape!

          I am 22 days on a 30 day AF binge - feeling great! Cheers to you all!

                    Good Day Army
                    I am going to my doctor today to get the staples out of my head. Then I can get rid of this gray hair.lol.
                    I also have an appointment to see if I can get the government health insurance. I have to get this broken tooth fixed. It is making me not want to leave the house and I have a job interview coming up. Not a great night for Boston sports, Bruins and Red Sox lost.
